Return Eligibility

You may return most new, unused, and unopened items sold by K2R2 within 14 days of delivery for a full refund.
Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
Any product that has been used or damaged is not eligible for return.

Please note the following exceptions to our return policy:

Items that are custom-made or personalized cannot be returned.
Digital products (e.g., ebooks, downloadable software) cannot be returned.
Items damaged in transit must be reported to K2R2 within 48 hours of delivery. Please retain all packaging materials for damage claims.

Return Process

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Return Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to K2R2.
For damaged or defective items, K2R2 will cover the cost of return shipping.
